Careers at The Practice Relationship Wellness

At The Practice Relationship Wellness, we believe relational work deserves depth, nuance, ethics, and humanity.

We are building a collaborative home for therapists and relationship professionals who want to practice thoughtfully — without sacrificing autonomy, creativity, or integrity.

Our work centers attachment, nervous system awareness, relational healing, and meaningful transformation. We are especially interested in clinicians and coaches who understand that healing is rarely linear, performative, or one-size-fits-all.

This is not a churn-and-burn coaching model.
And it is not a productivity mill disguised as a wellness practice.

We are intentionally creating something slower, steadier, and more sustainable.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently interested in connecting with:

  • Licensed mental health professionals interested in offering relationship coaching services ethically and responsibly

  • Therapists transitioning into adjunctive coaching work outside of insurance systems

  • Relationship-focused clinicians with strong interpersonal and relational skills

  • Professionals with experience in:

    • attachment wounds

    • intimacy and relational patterns

    • love addiction/repetition cycles

    • family systems

    • queer and LGBTQIA+ affirming care

    • trauma-informed approaches

    • somatic and nervous-system-oriented work

We value emotional maturity, strong boundaries, clinical discernment, and the ability to hold complexity without collapsing into certainty.

What We Provide

This is currently a 1099 contractor opportunity designed for experienced professionals who value both independence and community.

Contractors maintain autonomy over their schedules and approach while practicing within a collaborative, ethically grounded ecosystem.

Depending on fit and long-term growth, future pathways into more integrated leadership or W-2 roles may become available.

Support includes:

  • Referrals and brand visibility

  • A thoughtfully designed practice identity

  • Administrative infrastructure

  • Consultation and collaborative community

  • Marketing support including tangible assets

  • A values-aligned professional environment

  • Space to grow sustainable, relationship-centered work

No Non Competes.

Ever.

Our Commitment to Ethical Growth

We believe healthy professional relationships should not rely on fear, restriction, or coercion.

While we hope clinicians who join our practice feel deeply supported here, we also recognize that many professionals may eventually pursue independent private practice, expanded leadership roles, or evolving career paths.

Our model is designed to support growth — not punish it.

We do not utilize non-compete clauses, and we believe clients deserve autonomy and transparency in deciding who they work with. If a clinician eventually transitions into independent practice, we aim to handle those transitions ethically, collaboratively, and with respect for the therapeutic relationship.

We believe sustainable communities are built through trust, mutual investment, and alignment — not contractual captivity.

Our Philosophy

We believe clients deserve care that is:

relational rather than transactional

ethical rather than performative

nuanced rather than algorithmic

human rather than optimized

And we believe practitioners deserve work that does not require self-abandonment to sustain.

A Note on Coaching

Many of the professionals we work with are licensed clinicians offering coaching services in ethically appropriate ways outside of medicalized systems.

We take scope of practice, informed consent, and ethical responsibility seriously. We are not interested in “guru culture,” pressure-based sales models, or exaggerated transformation promises.

Our goal is to create a space where skilled professionals can do meaningful work with integrity intact.
