We would be a good fit if you…

  • Feel stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns and want to break free

  • Are seeking to understand and affirm your true identity

  • Want to improve your intimacy and connection in relationships

  • Are dealing with high levels of stress and anxiety and need help regulating your nervous system

  • You have a tendency to loose yourself in relationships and struggle with self-esteem

  • Are having trouble carrying shame of your past or find yourself ruminating on painful events

I still remember scrolling through the internet to find my first therapist. Modalities, fancy acronyms, or theoretical approaches didn’t really mean anything to me. What I was most concerned with was: Am I going to feel safe with this person?

That's why the heart of my practice is centered on non-judgment, empathy, and validation. The body is incredibly perceptive and utilizes the tools and knowledge it has acquired. My role is to create a space where you can explore new approaches and develop self-compassion for your past.

Things I Believe

You already posses all that you need to find the relief you crave. I only assist you in finding it and utilizing it.

Therapists do their best work when they can balance being a blank slate with being human.

Humans are wired for connection.

Queer youth deserve to see and become thriving queer adults.

It’s not too late. There is no rush.

Therapists are social change agents. Rest, Healing and Joy are an act of resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each session is tailored to your unique needs, but generally includes check-in and goal-setting, exploring current challenges and patterns, and building new skills through evidence-based techniques. I integrates somatic therapy, attachment-focused work, and trauma-informed practices to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom while addressing relationship patterns, anxiety, and identity development. Sessions may include body-centered practices, mindfulness techniques, and practical tools for communication and emotional regulation. You'll also receive exercises to practice between sessions, helping integrate new patterns into your daily life.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions for the first 2-3 months to build momentum and establish a therapeutic foundation. As you progress, we may transition to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. Session frequency is always collaborative and based on your needs and goals.

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes, couples sessions are 50-60 minutes, and the initial intake is 90 minutes to allow time for comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.

  • I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement if you're using out-of-network benefits.

  • I strive to make therapy accessible. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to discuss options. I have a limited number of reduced-fee slots available based on financial need.

  • I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, as that time was reserved for you
