I have a hunch we didn’t find each other by accident.

I’m Victoria, a relational therapist and the founder of The Practice Relationship Wellness. I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply in the context of their relationships.

Most of the folks who end up in my office are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who still find themselves stuck in the same relational patterns:
neglecting their needs, choosing partners who can’t meet them, over-functioning, people-pleasing, or feeling like they’re always the one doing the emotional heavy lifting.

My work blends attachment-focused therapy, nervous system awareness, and relational psychotherapy. Together we look at how your history, your body, and your relationship patterns all interact. The goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you understand yourself well enough that new choices become possible.

I have a particular passion for working with people navigating:

  • love addiction and relationship dependency

  • attachment wounds and relational trauma

  • queer identity and alternative relationship structures

  • high-functioning adults who feel emotionally exhausted in their relationships

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the belief that insight alone isn’t enough—we also have to help the nervous system catch up.
