Women’s Therapy Group

Virtual Wednesdays at Noon | Next Round Beginning June 3rd

Weekly support for women navigating relationships, burnout, identity shifts, anxiety, grief, and the complicated reality of being human.

There’s something powerful about sitting in a room and realizing you are not the only one carrying what you carry.

This weekly women’s therapy group is designed to be a supportive, grounded space where women can process life in real time — honestly, openly, and without needing to perform wellness. Whether you’re feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected in relationships, overwhelmed by life transitions, or simply tired of trying to hold everything together alone, group therapy can offer both support and meaningful change.

And yes — groups can feel intimidating at first. Most people walk into their first session thinking, “What if I don’t know what to say?” or “What if I feel awkward?”
That’s normal. Almost everyone feels that way in the beginning.

What often surprises people is how quickly the room begins to feel human instead of scary. Over time, group therapy can become one of the most healing experiences people have — not because someone “fixes” you, but because you finally stop feeling alone inside your experience.

What to Expect

You will never be forced to share before you are ready.

Some weeks you may talk more. Some weeks you may simply listen and realize someone else finally put words to something you’ve felt for years. Both matter.

The goal is not perfection, polished vulnerability, or becoming the “best” group member. The goal is building a safer relationship with yourself and others — one honest conversation at a time.
